Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 5 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Customized items, special orders, and certain perishable goods (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items) are non-returnable.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@agonshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for return.

Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at info@agonshop.com to initiate an exchange.
Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll send a replacement, subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order will be processed.
